What Acupuncture Treats

Many people are aware that acupuncture is very beneficial in treating muscular and skeletal pain.   What some do not realize is that acupuncture practiced within the larger tradition of Chinese Medicine is a powerful form of internal medicine that treats a wide range of conditions.  Recipients of acupuncture will say that they originally come for a specific symptom, but soon find a gradual improvement in their overall experience of living, an increase in stamina, a sense of wellbeing, a more positive attitude, and a sense of spiritual wellness.  We are often unaware of the spiritual and emotional effects of illness.  When you seek the services of a licensed acupuncturist to help resolve an illness, there are many and interconnected ways that your life can improve.
